Mini crusher is a small crushing machine for reducing scrap material into small particles. We also call this type of machine mini granulator, small sized granulator, etc. It can crush waste material into small particles or flakes.

The granulators always have a screen to control the size of the end product. Size of screen much varies according to user’s need, e.g. 6mm, 10mm, 12mm etc.. PROSINO has two types of the small crusher, one is the normal type and the other is silent type. They are both multi-purpose crushers and the application of them are various. We can use them to crush plastic, paper, rubber, etc..

The main difference between the two types is that the silent mini crusher is with very low noise, approx. 75dB during operation. If you have very strict requirement on the noise level, silent granulator will be your perfect choice. We often use silent granulator in injection molding factories for crushing plastic waste material like runners, gates, etc. On the other hand, normal type granulators have bigger motors and run faster than silent granulator. If you are looking for machines with a relatively high capacity, you can choose the normal type.
